  2. Shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines are set by the individual vendor
  3. These details are displayed on the product page and at checkout

GreenLife facilitates communication and tracking but does not directly ship products unless explicitly stated.

2. Shipping Coverage Areas

  1. Vendors may ship locally, regionally, or nationwide within Sierra Leone
  2. Some vendors may not deliver to certain locations
  3. Delivery availability will be confirmed during checkout based on your address

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges vary by vendor, product size, weight, and destination
  2. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before order confirmation
  3. GreenLife does not add hidden shipping charges

  2. Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time
  3. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day

6. Order Tracking

  1. Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped, if available
  2. Tracking information may be sent via email or displayed in your account dashboard
  3. Some local deliveries may not include tracking

7. Delivery Attempts

  1. Couriers may attempt delivery multiple times
  2. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery:

  4. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

8. Damaged or Missing Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Provide order details and clear photos or videos as evidence

This allows us to coordinate with the vendor and courier for a resolution.

9. International Shipping

  1. At this time, GreenLife primarily supports shipping within KL
  2. International shipping, if available, will be clearly stated by the vendor
  3. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility
